The surge has been over for months. Every soldier involved in the surge were American and the surge troops have been home for a while. Try keeping up. I realize that most libs are hoping for something that will make Iraq a failure but it just isn't happening, disappointing as it is for you.

Dude, the surge is over.  It worked, troop levels have been dropping since January.
