Will the USPS mailman deliver 5 pound packages to my house?

Recently Bought an airsoft gun off ebay and the shipping stated that they will ship through USPS... does that mean the the mail man will deliver it? Will they bring it to my door? It's about 5 pounds.Thanks

A UPS delivery man/woman will bring it to your house yes.

USPS employees can deliver packages weighing up to 70 pounds. Your carrier will deliver it to the door, unless it fits in the mailbox or in the parcel locker if you get your mail from a locking centralized box.
