Will the USPS package my contents for me?

I have a few non-perishable food items and a picture frame that I am sending to my girlfriend in France while she is studying abroad. Do I have to package this myself or will they do it for me at the Post Office?

No the USPS will not do this. Look for a store that offers packing and shipping services.

You have to do it yourself.  If you want someone else to do it, try FedEx or something like that.

No, they will provide packaging for you. They have some that are free depending on how your shipping it...express or priority. They also have some that you have to pay for.
