Will the antibiotics work if I skipped a day?

I went away for the day today and completely forgot to pack my antibiotics - what will happen? Will they still work if I pick up the routine again? Today would have been the 2nd day of the course (which is 5 days for one packet and 7 days for another).

Just get back on them the second you get home. I hope you haven't gone for long. It's important to use them as directed.
