Will the blood test confirm it?

I took a pregnancy test last week and it was Positive. I then took several after that, and all came back Negative. I'm going for a blood test tomorrow just to confirm either way. So has anyone else gone through this before? Where you have 1 positive out of several negatives, then got your blood test back and you ARE pregnant? I'm hoping thats the case for me. Plus i've had no bleeding or any signs of a miscarriage whatsoever, and im still have pregnancy-like symptoms. Thanks :) Or would I even be worrying about this if I had only taken the one test that showed up positive? :P The positive test was a clear PREGNANT(digital).

And do they normally have positive results back from the blood test after this?

Oh one of those gave me a false positive before, not very fun. I didn't have to go to the doctor b/c I got my af shortly after. There is a statement is the directions on the test that says something about early miscarriages and getting a positive that shows up negative. However, false positives are less common that false negatives so good luck
