Will the brine e3 lacrosse head be legal in 2009?

Question

I just bought the brine e3 head and before i use it I'm going to make sure if its going to be legal with the equipment guidelines changing next year.

Also, if anybody has a list of heads and other equipment that will/will not be legal next year that would be awesome too.

The E3 is too pinched at it's not legal according to the new specifications.
