Will the bus lane camera take the photo of the driver or it only takes the number plate? If it does, then is the photo clear enough to idnetify or see the face of the driver? When I request a review, can i ask them to show me the photo in order to find out who were the driver?

If I am not allowed to do that, and I give a wrong person will I get additional penalty?

  1. most cameras will take a picture of the front except tollway and non fixed cameras. and anytime i nominate another driver to take the fine they normally have to sign the paper saying they were driving. if not it would end up in court and if you were putting the blame on someone who did not do it i guess you would get extra penaltys aswell as paying court costs. and yes all the pictures i got of my driving offences i can cleary see its me except in 1 of them out of the 15 photos i have asked for

  2. It will take the picture of the front and many jurisdictions release the owner from liability if he signs a form identifying the actual driver and that individual pays the fine but if caught not telling the truth you will be in a worse situation.
