Very possibly not, even if you filed  a change of address form with the post office.  File form 8822 with the IRS

Government mail is not forwarded.  The Post Office put a yellow label with you new address and returns it back to IRS, IRS will then send you a "are you there letter ? once you respond with the new address the check will be reissued.

You need to file Form 8822 change of address with the IRS or call 1-800-829-1040 to change your address or visit your local IRS office.
