Will the cheer leaders affect the performance of players?

The cheerleaders have to cheer untill the match is over , because of two things ,one is because its their job. And the other is otherwise the team will not have motivated they be not sattisfied.

otherwise they are sitting and not much visible.

Anyway,the players  are too professional to let that happen.
