Will the countries that have recognised Kosovo as independent also recognise other States seeking recognition?

For example Transdniester, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Chechnya? And if not, why not? Why should Kosovo be recognised but not some of these other "States"? What is the rationale?

It is a very difficult question. Every region is different and there is no single formula for all.

Every region must build their own case and present it to an audience of 6 billion people for many years.

At some point, maybe 10 years later, they may get recognized but they need to work hard and earn every ones vote. Just like a lawyer before the jury.
