  1. The USA is already involved. Georgia (our ally) started this conflict; the USA gave Georgia millions, trained and equipped them.

  2. Its funny... when the U.S. violates another nation's sovereignty, its fine and dandy... but when another country does it... its wrong...

yes... other western countries are getting involved as we speak...

  3. NATO:

    No

    Action

    Talk

    Only

  4. Hopefully, maybe then we can have a good ole world war to jam out too.

  5. Unfortunately, yes.

  6. Probably. Although I have no idea how the US will send troops. Come on, Comrade Bush, whatchya gonna do now?

  7. with missile defence system in poland and czech republic and usa thinking it can tell russia what to do things can only get worse if russia and china team up in  same way uk usa france have you can safely say we are f***ed

  8. It is unlikely that any country or group of countries can do more than posture.  We cannot institute a boycott, since Russia gets too much money from oil and they are a customer to too many other countries.  The UN is powerless because of the structure of the Security Council.  The only country with the military might to win a war with them is the Chinese, who are their friends.

So expect a lot of speeches and Russia to continue to do exactly what Putin wants.

  9. Guess i am old fashioned but what would you say if people came first and oil second.           How would no oil affect you?.    Is it wrong for governments to look after your interests.?.         Tally ho people.

  10. USA was involved from the get go.

  11. Russia is one of the countries that we are in debt to. They can dump our debt on the market and influence Beijing to do the same. They have formed a Strategic agreement with China who not only owns our debt but produces our food and many necessary products for the US. China does not depend on us. They are developing an economy somewhat like we used to have where we were our own best customers.

Russia has no desire to take over The Republic of South Ossetia which is where they are . It has been separate from Georgia since 1992. They have had peacekeepers to protect the citizens who are 90% + Russians. (North Ossetia is on the other side of the border and contains their relatives)

The President of Georgia is a US trained and educated puppet that was elected in 2004. He broke the 1992 treaty with So. Ossetia and committed war crimes and deserves to be tried for such. The fact he did it with US and Israeli help is beside the point. He is the patsy they picked and he should suffer. Maybe other tin-pot leaders wouldn't sell their people out so cheap if more of them hanged.

  12. If it doesn't calm down USA will eventually have to choose if it comes to that Georgia or Russia in military arms attack but pray we go for Russia even though Russia is g*y and faggotish so we wont end up in a nuclear war and destroy each other that would be the ultamite result for a Nuke war

  13. without a doubt america cnt keep out ov any war thts nt theres wich in turn will mean the already ova streched uk forces will follow too

  14. it should but idt it will nor do i want it to...since im pretty sure we (the u.s.) said something to georgia along the lines of we'll back u up when u fight except in more ploitical terms lol

  15. Our countries leaders will swear up and down that they are only trying to uphold the ideals of Democracy, however we won't send troops into the country to back them. But we will send as many troops as we can to guard our mega-oil pipeline that runs through the countryside from the Caspian to Turkey. America's leaders only care about money making commodities, not silly expendable human beings! It would be silly for us to actually care about other people. The Bush administration is atrocious!

  16. No, to the extent you are inferring.

  17. huh? i have no idea what you are talkin about

  18. It all depends if there are any secret pledges of mutual assistance if the sovereignty of a certain country has been breached!

  19. no, western countries only fight countries they can win against

  20. I hope to the good god in heaven NOT! Ask yourself this:

Does invading Russia/Georgia or aiding Georgia benefit the United States?

    Also ask yourself:

Does fighting for a better Iraq, make a better USA?

I'll let you be the judge. Realize that we are 8.5 TRILLION dollars in debt as a country, NOT including the Iraq War, costing us an extra 3.7 TRILLION!!!

At this rate, our children's children are doomed to high taxes and no money.
