yep - you will get a surge of energy and then a drop later on because it is full of sugar! Best bet is to eat something healthy with it (like a peanut butter & jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread)  so that you balance out your blood sugar levels - thus keeping your energy up.

look at the ingredients if they have any word ending in -ase...it means they have an enzyme working as a catalyst. this is what gets you going and when its done you immediate have that energy drop.

If you mean the energy drink crash, then yes, its possible. Unless you are one of the people who don't 'feel the crash' a can of rockstar should still give you a crash, due to it being an energy drink.
