Who would be better for the economy?

No.  Congress needs to quit spending money like drunk sailors and we need to get our debt down.  if they only cut the "ear marks" thing would be much better.

Until our Government stops its increased spending, until our Government stops growing by leaps and bounds, until our dollar starts increasing, nothing will help the economy.  Obama's tax plans will ruin the economy.  You think its hard now, just wait.
