Will the extention for unemployment be retroactive?

I went through a period of time of about 2 months where I wasn't working or collecting unemployment, as the 26 weeks had run out. Since then I have secured a position. Will I be eligible to receive unemployment for those 2 months?

Only if they would of had an extension, and you were not employed, or was working part time. You would have got the difference.

No.  It's only for currently unemployed people.
