I think if there aren't any nuclear explosions all over the world, then yes, we should definitely be able to last another 100 years. :]

I seriously doubt the human race will be ended by nuclear weapons. Most often wars are fought to gain land, resources, and labor. Nuclear weapons will only destroy resources, kill laborers, and render land useless. That’s not to say that in a last attempt for country to win a war they’ll set off a nuke, but as far as a full-scale nuclear war goes, it’s not likely.
