Will the iPod Classic lagginess and slow clickwheel be fixed?

is it possible to fix the lag on the classic and slow clickwheel response with updates? does anyone know if these updates will come anytime soon?

Ok, you know when you plug in your iPod and it gives you the option to sync it? Above that option, there's an option to download the most recent updates for your iPod. Click on the update tab. This should fix the issue. I did have a problem when I first bought my iPod but now I have no problem at all.  See my site on blackgirlon...iPod classic.

hopefully for you the firmware will have an update to improve the ipod's lag if not they will fix the bug by the next release in september's apple conference
