Will the justice of the peace marry us at our house?

I mean like we want to have a really small wedding/get together and we don't have enough money for a big wedding but we would like to have our family there. Would the justice of the peace come out to my house and do it in front of my family? How much does it cost to get married by the Justice of the peace?

Depending on your location they should go wherever you want to be married.  

Prices also depend on location.  In the state of MA its $75 for the ceremony if married in the same city the JP lives in, $125 if a different city, but they must perform the ceremony in their home state.

Here in Knoxville my mother got remarried and she got married in our homw by the JP it was around $75. I think it just depends where you live

You could possibly get a justice of the peace to make a house call. IF NOT find a notary public that is certified to marry you and they shouldn't charge more than $25. Or if you have a pastor of a church as a friend maybe he/she will come to your house.
