Will the nose of a 98-02 Camaro fit on the 93-97 models?

Define "difficult".

You need to change everything  from the fenders on forward.  Hood, radiator support, etc.

I would recommend checking with a salvage company. They have books that tell what years interchange. Or a body kit company. Or a body shop.
