  1. Hi

    Only to the foreigners.

    Ray. West York's. U.K.

  2. no...in fact they might even go up, landlords charge more when there are students around

  3. If only we could say for sure.

    We live in hope.

  4. I hope so, but I doubt it.  Once recession kicks in, rent prices will decline.  this time next year (or maybe in 2-3) things will look a lot better, but no one will have work, but I don't care about that.

  5. Its hard to get anywhere in town for under a grand a month in dublin

  6. very unlikely with the housing market going the way it is people are now returning to renting instead of a mortgage which will push the rents up even more especially in the city centre area

  7. Don't think so.  Flats in Dublin are always in demand, and in October all the students returning to university will be seeking somewhere to stay.

  8. I very much doubt it.

  9. Not a hope, lot of courses in Trinity starting in Oct so rent will prob be goin up and houses may be in short supply!!

  10. I drive a bus from Carrickmacross to Dublin. My boss has neen inundated with requests from students in Carrick who want to commute to Uni in Dublin (A daily return journey of three hours) because they can't afford the rents this year.

    So in a word 'No'.
