We want to ask KiaOra - Air New Zealand inflight magazine publisher to grant us the reprint rites to print this magazine in my country and we would like to distribute to all the travel agents and New Zealand embassy in my country. To recover the cost of the printing and distribution, do you think the publisher will allow us to insert local Ads in this magazine?

i doubt it.  they might let you do it but they'll want a percentage of the profits because the writers would have to give permission for their work to be reproduced.  Think of it the way actors need to get paid every time the tv show gets repeated.  Of course it depends on what sort of contract the magazine employs them under, so its worth a try, but i wouldn't expect too much.
