  1. No way will they boo he is a carismatic guy and the fans will love him plus he gives them a great chance to make the playoffs. I tried to get tickets to the game yesterday and it was no problem today was completly sold out so you know everyone wants to see Manny be Manny. I am a huge Dodger fan and I can't wait to see him play and we did not give up anything major to get him.

  2. I don't know, but our new boy in Boston got a standing ovation welcome and scored the first run - I think things will work out fine for the Red Sox. I pity the Dodgers management though - now they're stuck with all the headaches that come along with having Manny. There's a price to pay for his skills, besides money.

  3. yes they will

  4. No way.  LA now has a legitimate chance to win that division.  If they realize what Manny did for Boston then they should be extremely excited to have him.  he was disgruntled in Boston so he shot off his mouth until he got traded.  his heart was no longer in it in Boston.  I hate the Red sox but that is the way I see it.

  5. Yes

  6. No, they won't.

Be realistic. Manny has never done anything to p**s off Dodgers fans, and he's giving them legitimate hope of making the playoffs. They're not going to boo him.

  7. of course

  8. I'm sure the few fans that show up for dodger games will cheer for him.

  9. I bet they will be pretty d**n excited to have a guy who can crush the ball in any at-bat on their team. For fans, trading prospects for an all-star is almost like getting a free player. You don't miss what you've never seen.

  10. Do you even know what an oxymoron is?

Dodger fans will cheer.  Why not.  they got the player that might put them over the top for nothing.  Why would they boo a player that did no wrong to the team/

Jason Bay scored the only run in the red Sox game so far(& innings) and made a fine catch.  Four standing ovations.

  11. oh they will definatly be out and about. i cant find a reason why they would like him.....

  12. Many will be loved in L.A.!!! Besides he has quite a bit of hispanics behind him. When was the last time the Dodgers had a hispanic superstar play for them? Nomar really hasn't given the Dodgers a good full season but when he does come up he is loved and cheered!! He'll be fine!

  13. no they'll love him
