Will the raptors dominate with o'neal?

they'll be better but they wont dominate the east especially with boston, detroit and the new miami back.  they would do good cause both of them have a jumper and they both could post up. it'll kinda be like a smaller version of the old duncan-robinson back in the 90s. but of course, it'll never be as good.

They will be good maybe 5th seed in playoffs or 4th but they will have a good team, not a dominant one

Yeah they will be better i think they will move up one or two spots in the east but that depends on if O'neal can stay healthy
