Um, you mean the HBO show Carnivàle about America during the Depression?  As far as I know there wasn't any HBO show about the Carnival cruise line... though I think that would be pretty darned cool.

Carnivàle was canceled and isn't expected back.  You can get the both seasons on DVD from HBO.
