Will the stock front springs off 00-05 superduty give me 2"s of lift on my 02 diesel excursion?

I'm trying to lift this truck myself to save$All I want is 4"s at the most with 33's

i dont think there is a differnce in th hiegth. there is a difference in the spring "rate" one will work softer and smoother than the other . the truck s/d springs and a harder slower drop rate.(alot stiffer) you're going to gain 1 1/2 inches to 2 inches with the tires alone.  off road springs for fords are easy to get . look on ebay. if you go more than 2 inches you may have to replace the shocks for the added travel. the stock ones dont move too far.

no there is no diffrence and if that little height is all you want go and get your springs rearched they are cheap and go to a spring place they do the whole job, cheapest way to lift with the least amount of problems
