    Manchester hasn't been affected but if the route has flooding then they may be no trains, check with the train company a few days before you travel.

    The routes from London to Sheffield and London to Manchester use different lines:

    St. Pancras - Leicester - Derby - Sheffield.

    Euston - Milton Keynes - Crewe (or Stoke) - Manchester.
