  1. the theory the universe will end is "the big crunch"... which says that the black hole at the universe center will evenuallyy sucks all existent matter back in, which will end the universe because nothing we know of can survive being sucked into a black hole...

  2. scientist just try to scare the living **** out of peepole god said in the bible he will send down the anels and tell the pepole when earth will be restarted. other wise the sun the sun is a big deal to everyoen but they  say the sun will o boom in like 3 million years don't worry bought it..

  3. In my opinion I think the universe is infinite, I believe God made it that way because God himself is infinite. Man can't understand this because we have a beginning and an end. Hope you understand. Have a good day.

  4. Do not listen to the scientist. The only way the world is going to end if God does it himself. Nobody can determine that.

  5. It will either overlap itself(collapse onto itself), or spread out so much that we lose thermal energy and reach absolute zero.  Then there will be nothing becuause no atoms can combine.

  6. What do you mean by "end"? As in dying out? Or in terms of length? Please try to make your question more specific next time.

  7. end as in die?

    probly not

    end as in stop going?

    idk.

  8. The Big Rip comes soon...

    Revelation 6:14 ; Isaiah 34:4

  9. Well, a lot of people are talking about God, their own versions of God, and you specifically asked about a scientific viewpoint, so I won't give you my own version of God.

A lot of people are also answering only about the end of the WORLD, and the world is such a TINY and insignificant part of the universe (human arrogance notwithstanding) that it just doesn't MATTER how Earth is destroyed, by whom, or when. You are asking about the UNIVERSE.

Science doesn't know whether the universe will:

    a, keep on expanding forever,

b, expand up to some balance point, some maximum, and then stay like that, or

c, reach some maximum expansion and then collapse eventually into a Big Crunch, which would be essentially a mirror event of the Big Bang.

In scenario a and b, the fuel for the stars would gradually burn out, and it seems that new stars, which form out of nebulae or clouds of gas, would become rarer over time until, eventually the last star burned out and all the universe was a dead, cold, empty shell.

In scenario c, the universe destroys itself long before all the stars have time to burn out.

And just as we don't know what happened before the Big Bang, there is no way to know what would happen after a Big Crunch. If you hypothesize that after the Crunch comes a Bang and a new universe, then before our Bang, there had to have been a crunch from a previous universe. Sounds like the process could be an automatic or natural event...

    My short answer: yes. Definitely.

  10. The newest theory is that it will end with something called the big rip. A counter to the big bag with the end result being that everything in the universe will be sucked into this feature.

The ending part of the theory claims that it will, in the end, produce a new big bang ad start the entire universe all over again.

  11. Well if I were to tell you the truth I would say:

The world is going to end soon and we're living in the last days, as Christians we believe that the rapture is the next biggest event on God's calendar.

The Rapture: It's when Christ takes all the Christians off the face of the earth just prior to the great tribulation period. All those who have truly trusted in the Lord will vanish they'll be raptured to meet Him in the clouds. Then those who are left behind have 7 years of tribulation before the Second Coming of Christ.

But... if you want me to tell you what you want to hear, than I would say: Billions... of years will go by and the sun will explode and all life in our galaxy will die. But then again somehow there will be another big bang and life will evolve and so on and so forth.

You want the truth? Ask the One who knows.

I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father but by me.

    - Jesus Christ (John 14:6)
