Not really.  Solar storms don't increase heat radiation that much--and they are short-term anyway.  They're a regular occurance, anyway.

Some scientists believe that global warming is due to increased solar activity.  If this is the case then the answer should be yes.

Solar rays will cause a few problems, heat will damage electrical and material ... it will interfere with many things! Also its not a storm its like a kid with a magnifying glass on an ant pile! Just karma that's due to all that we have done to our home!
