  1. well i recently also ordered some shoes online they said they had sent it but they lost it i called the company and they sent me

another pair free of cost. since ur order was from hong kong im not sure wht they will do. good luck tho :)

  2. even if you did not have insurance they should still cover up to a preset amount....you just have to call them and find out what they will cover

  3. If the sender provided shipping loss insurance, you have recourse.  If not, you're going to be sadly out of luck here.  There is no loss payment by USPS without shipping insurance in place.

  4. Only if you have insurance.

  5. if your package was insured via USPS.

  6. probably not because they're douche bags.

  7. They should, if they didn't deliver it to your home and fedex and ups won't deliver to a po box they should reimburse you up to your receipt.  The problem is their customer service dept stinks to high heaven.  I would get on the phone asap and speak to the loss department, if it is signature required and they just dropped it off they must pay per their policy.

  8. If you have proper insurance.

  9. Only if you had insurance.  I didn't, and they said they knew nothing and would pay nothing.   (I also had tracking done, but it wasn't signed for and they never received it.)

  10. The postal service won't compensate unless the package is insured.

If it was insured you can file a claim at the site listed below in sources.

  11. If you got insurance on the package they have to.

  12. If you purchased insurance  for the package, you will be compensated.  Since you have some ability to track the package, track it again, print the results, then check with the post office again to see if they can locate the package.

  13. was it insured?

  14. only if you bought insurance for it.

  15. you should be paid compensation if you paid insurance on it when it was posted. it should be paid up to the amount you insured it for
