Landmark Federal Court concession that local child from Atlanta developed autism from vaccines. Child joins parents in press conference about this historic result at Atlanta Federal Court House tomorrow.

This is from the document concluding that this child I’ll call “Eve” (pseudonym) is entitled to compensation as determined by medical personnel and the Division of Vaccine Injury Compensation, Department of Health and Human Services. “DVIC has concluded that the facts of this case meet the statutory criteria for demonstrating that the vaccinations Eve received on July 19, 2000, significantly aggravated an underlying mitochondrial disorder, which predisposed her to deficits in cellular energy metabolism, and manifested as a regressive encephalopathy with features of autism spectrum disorder.”

The press conference will be held Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 11:30am on the steps of the US Federal Courthouse at 75 Spring Street, in Atlanta, GA.

there is ZERO scientific evidence backing claims linking autism to vaccination.

Vaccines do not cause autism.  It just happens that the onset of autism happens at the same age as most vaccinations.

Please do not put your children's health at risk because you do not understand how vaccinations really do work.

The case may not be a first, said Gary Golkiewicz, chief special master for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He oversees the special "vaccine court" which rules on requests for payments from the vaccine injury fund.

"Years ago, actually, I had a case, before we understood or knew the implications of autism, that the vaccine injured the child's brain caused an encephalopathy," he said. And the symptoms that come with that "fall within the broad rubric of autism."

And there are other somewhat similar cases, Golkiewicz says, that were decided before autism and its symptoms were more clearly defined

All the hysterical parents are saying is Green our vaccines. Look at the facts:

Show me any other campaign for disinformation as wound up as this one by the medical(vaccine maker) community. Remove the Mecury, Aluminum, formaldehyde, ether, antifreeze. Reevaluate the schedule. What was the death rate from these deadly diseases in 1983 that we had to add 26shots? If there are side effects to the vaccinations all we asking for is support for therapy, respite, and recovery.

Take responsibility?  But they are so skilled with the whole smoke and mirrors thing.  That is a good question.  Ever had to contact a pharmeceutical company with questions on specific vaccine lot #'s?  That is frowned upon, but at least Merck returns calls.  They are not even set up to answer questions from parents, only physicians, and (Aventis) Sanofi Pasteur never did get back to this concerned mom.  There is something strange about this picture, almost secretive.  We are the consumer, yet there is no customer service.  It is difficult to establish an effective course of treatment for a child if specific exposures/toxins are not known.

Taking responsibility would mean fairly compensating and caring for those who have been vaccine damaged.  I won't hold my breath, but it has been my prayer that the cover be blown off this whole mess in a big way!  Safer vaccines, safer schedule (I'm with you on that), optional and tailored to each child/family.  With the increase in information exchange and awareness, our demand for change is becoming louder, and with the ever-expanding vaccine schedule, more and more children will become injured or damaged.  Parents will not be ignored.  The question is, how many more children... babies will have to suffer before there is change?

It was Jenny McCarthey who appeared on Oprah with the story of her son, Autism, MMR... and did you catch wind of the John McCain commentary recently?  There is hope, and you bet I'll be tuning in to that press conference tomorrow.  Thanks for the FYI on that.

No. If your child was developing normally and then regressed after vaccinations you will have to sue the government.
