Will the world end on December 21, 2012, because of the natural disasters and gas emmisions and such?

The Mayan Calendar and some other historical calendar ends on this specific day. Isn't that weird? (I think the other calendar is Chinese or Japanese.)

there are other things that predict the end of the world in 2012, is kind of interesting. guess we will see.

I don't think so, they said the world was going to end on Jan. 1st, 2000. They said that because they didn't think the world could take going into a new century, but hey, I didn't believe them and I got really cheap tickets to Mexico!
