Will there be a "The Sims 2: Complete Collection"?

When will it be released?

I really want The Sims 2: Complete Collection, now.

I am going to buy The Sims 3 when EA stops making The Sims 3 games (because of a Sims 3 - Complete Collection, if there will be one).

i am sure  there wil be one but  dont hold  your  rbreath  for one appearing any time soon  it wil only appear after  the sims 3 has  been  released and that wont be til february  2009  

and the sims 3 collection  ?

if  the sims 2 is any indication you wil have to wait  5 years for that  

bit of an unrealistic goal there just to save a few bucks  

if  you want to play the sims  now is  the best time as any  to buy it especially with deals  like double deluxe  around

I believe Sims 1 was released in 2000 or so and it took until 2006 or 2007 for them to release a Sims 1 Complete Collection.  Sims 2 was released in 2004 for the first time so do the math.  It will be at least 2 years before they will do this and it will be after Sims 3 has been out for quite a while and few people are buying the Sims 2 anymore.
