Assuming that we continue on a path were oil runs low and demand goes up.  Yes, there could be a World War 3.  It would most likely be between the Super Powers of the world today.  China is increasing it's oil consumption exponentially everyday.  If we don't find an alternative fuel for our vehicles, you have a potential war between America and China fighting for the oil.  This could throw Europe and Russia into the mix and you've got World War 3.

Will there be a World War 3?  Anything can happen, and it doesn't necessarily have to be because of oil.

The cabalists are already planning it why do you think we are invading and taking over the middle east. we control the oil and have everybody either accept us as their rulers or get no oil.

Its not impossible, but a "world war" is highly improbable.  A country or leader will not be able to invade and take over a bunch of countries like they did 80 years ago. There's allies and UN in place to ensure that doesn't happen. But, a nuclear war is probable with the way Israel and Iran have been going at each other.  I would not be surprised if something happens between them.
