Will there be an iPhone customization app?

Question

I'm looking for an app for my iPhone that will let me customize the whole iPhone. I want to be able to put a "wallpaper" picture on the home screen, change the font of text on my phone, things that the jailbreakers got to do a while ago.

Does such an app exist?

hopefully apple will make it soon, but currently there is no such thing, unless you jailbreak your iphone. (don't jailbreak it)

i hope so. that would be AWESOME. i want that, but i dont want to risk, and jailbreak my phone.
