Will there be another Yu-Gi-Oh! game for like psp or ps2? the one that have the new 5D's monsters?

They had a game this year for PS2, but that was exactly like the game on PSP 2 years ago and they didn't add new cards.

there very well may be more yu-gi-oh games coming to ps2 in the future, depending on how well the current game is doing. if you get yu-gi-oh gx tag force 2, for the psp, you can connect and obtain more cards that way.
