Will there be any celebrities in new york on friday,august 22?

so I'm in Manhattan NYC tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone knows where and when there will be any celebrities or where I can see famous people etc. even like where they are filming something.

No, you will be out of luck.

By law, there are no celebrities allowed in NYC on August 22nd. There will be tons of them there on the 21st and 23rd, but not the 22nd.

I'm sure there will be since many celebs live in NY.  I've seen quite a few over the years but that was just luck.  If something is filming in NY, it would be a closed set and you wouldn't get anywhere near them.

there will be a lot of tennis players because the us open is going on in flushing new york
