Will there be changes made regarding the rules and regulations to obtain a intra company transfer visa?

I heard that there might me changes to the intra compnay transfer visa to go to the UK in September 2008.

We are currently struggling to get me a visa to go and work for my UK based company in London.

I only have 1 year managerial experience with this company and the rules state that you have to have 3 years relevant experience, will this be changing? Will it be easier to obtain a intra compnay transfer visa?

Just rumors. No changes at this time or the near future. Shouldn't be a big problem with the visa from what I understand
