Will there ever be a The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya season 2?

I have been looking around on the web and they announced a season a while ago will they ever come out with it? Like fall or something?

Just like the others said.. there will be a season 2.. I've heard that it should be out this september but since many are saying that it's not true that that there will actually be a second season, anime sites such as myanimelist.net are still saying that it is unknown.

Anyways.. hope it will be soon :)

there's going to be a season 2 but the producers have been messing around with people by putting up fake links and fake info about season 2 so no one really knows when its going to be released

Yes, there will be a Season 2 for THOHS... but there's no info about when it will be airing yet.. so you just have to wait =)
