it says they are designed for high arches but I think I really like them and thinking about buying them but my arch is pretty normal, not high.

Will it hurt my feet if i wear them or injure me? the last pair of running shoes I wore were Asics Gel DS trainers, if that matters.

  1. If your feet have normal arch, and you wear high arch support shoes.  They will not only hurt your feet, they will also cause other problems link shin splint, joint pain ect... It's better to stick with the running shoes that you have already known.  If you need to replace your shoes because they are worn out, you should get the same model, unless you know other model is compatible with feet.  Normally runners don't like to change the models of their shoe, unless theirs are discontinued.  Good luck and train safely.  Below is a link about running shoes and your feet.  You can get more info from it.
