Will they be an american citizen ?

if someone was born in tha USA, but there parents american, will they be an american citizen ?

like lets say,

if tha mom is from ecuador and tha dad is from venezuela, or lets say any country, but tha child was born in USA, (but dint grow up in USA, but was just born there)

will he be an american citizen?

like, will he be able to vote, be able to run for president when hes 35, and have tha same rights as a blonde american ?

  1. Yes, they are American.

    Could have done without that lame "blond" American remark though, that was rather pathetic and makes you look rather foolish. I'm as American as it gets, black and don't have blond hair.


  2. If you were born in the U.S., your an American citizen even if the parents were illegal. We call them anchor babies.

    And you do not have the same rights as blond Americans, only redheads LOL>

  3. Yes, anybody who was born in US or naturalized in US is US Citizen.

  4. If the Parents are both legal citizens in America, then yes he/she will be an American citizen. If the parents are illegal immigrants then no, he is not an american citizens because he and is family are no one, because no one knows they exist.
