Will they ever invent a sat nav that works for girlies?

Question

I want one that tells you a few minutes before a junction will be coming up so i can get ready to move over or says which lane to chose when going round a roundabout. It doesn't work for me when it waits until you are almost at the turning before saying 'take the next turning on the left'! There must be other people like me who want to use the sat nav but don't feel it is human enough yet.
