I want to get a Rottweiler, a beagle, and a dashund will they get along? If not, if I get them when they are puppies, will they then get along? Should I get them on the same day? If I do, wont they all want attention? I'm worried about the rottwieler eating or dreadfully killing the little beagle and dashund!!!

  1. Yes, they should get along as long as you don't have two unfixed males or an unfixed female. Fix them all. No Rott-shunds...very ugly.

If you get them all when they are young, they will get along much better.  Getting them on the same day is not really important as long as you give each of them equal amounts of attention and be consistent with their rules. Rottweilers are loveable animals as long as you don't train them to be otherwise--they were bred in Germany to be family protectors and will do that in your family, and will consider the other animals as part of a pack.

I would recommend you study up and talk to a vet before you get animals. If you know so little about them, you may want to reconsider getting so many of them at first.

And you may want to consider posting this question in the appropriate section, unless, of course, you know the dogs' natal charts and want to know if your Gemini Rotti is compatibile with your Capricorn weiner dog..in which case, I would say...um...NO.
