Will they grant me visa?

Question

i'm a Filipina whose married to a japanese and been living here in Japan for 3years. i will be giving birth, january next year and we are planning to go to the states for pleasure and also to visit my aunt as well. My question is, since my husband is a japanese and does'nt need a visa to go there( have been to US 4times) will i be granted a tourist visa if i apply here at the US Embassy in Japan and what do i need to bring with me?

You have to get in touch with the embassy and talk to them and see

Are you a Japanese citizen yet?  Then you should not have any trouble.

If you are not, best of luck.  It will probably be difficult.  You need to prove you have strong ties that would bring you back to Japan.  The US Embassy will judge whether you are going to illegally emigrate to America.
