Will they induce Monday?

My due date was the 19th... I am not even dialated yet and i had an apt on thursday... They told me that theyd give me the weekend and yesterday set me up with an ultrasound apt. there they told me theyd definitly induce and set me up with an apt monday to give me an apt to be induced... Does that mean they will do it monday or just give me a papsmear thingy and tell me what day they want to induce?

Well I don't know wat hospital you go to for ur care. But I was overdue by 2 days. But before i had my child my doctor told me that I could go up to being a week over due before she induce my labor. So maybe the 26th they will induced or maybe they will give u an appointment on that day to be induced.

well, iduction can depend on many factors.. they will probably set a date, and iff you pass it without dilating or contracting at all, they will probably ask you to go in and try and open up everything with meds, and f that still doesnt work, well then maybe another week, and if not by then, c-section... I think most women have indictions with no problems, and rarely result in C-sections..
