Will they still use heath ledgers parts?

Heath had already filmed most of it I believe.

Johnny, Jude and Colin are filling in for the bits he didn't film.

Yeah, Heath will still be in the movie. They're just gonna change the character throughout the movie, and say that the magic world is changing his appearance or something like that.
