No, that wouldn't be safe at all for you and a big liability for the towing company. If they tow your car you can sit inside the cabin with the tow truck driver, but not in your car.

nope. =) you can get a ticket though if youre parked in the wrong spot or your meter runs out while youre in it.

No, but they have the right to call the police, and from then on, you pretty much have to get out, or they take you in. :)
