Will thigh hair ever change after epilation?

hair on my thighs is so light and i have never gotten rid of it but i'm planning to

if i epilate my thighs, will the hair that will regrow be denser or further apart? and thicker or same thickness?

what about the transparent hair on the stomach? what about it? will it get thicker with epilating or shaving?

The hair will grow back less noticeable and slower with epliate ... but thincker and darker with shaving ... epilate , it's better ! :)
