Will this Tips solve Global Health Problems ?

Question

1.Indians spray water in the morning and Evening and wash Front Portion of their House,with water. Reason is to Generate oxygen from water for admosphere and Nitrous oxide to feel fresh with smile and laughs - Will it be possible for each Global citizen to do at their house and factory sites daily for 15 minutes.- India has all religions and all will do this.

2. Will All Ships sail with cabled Power supply rather than depending on sailing with Crude oil erratics so as to save Pricing and costing of freights ?

3.Banning Cigarettes and Liquors has more risk on health of Prople as they may start eating more Hot, More chillies *** pepper , Ginger added, which ruins entire health as Creation of Mankind is as such with Salivas in Mouth to be cleaned with tobacco smoke to avoid rather than chillies or pepper or Hotheated eating - Let cigar and Liquor be refined to non injurious to health Banning only beedies. - Government means all People's needs to be cared as per creation educating limits - right or wrong ?

Do they have so much water to waste?Where are you from in India.

Where is the cable to reach the ships with a network in the sea?

Where is the electricity in India with power cuts a frequent occurence.

Our Health Minister is against smoking ONLY and NOT against liquor.Maybe he is drunk himself.

Govt Education is restricted for SC/ST for votes,other classes dont matter the least.Just look at Parisis who number mere 3000 or Sindhis who are stateless and number just about less than one crore.No reservation.

Fountains run only in a few metros (Delhi/Bombay etc)they are dry elsewhere.

I think now you have sufficient masala to add.

Washing your house has no health benefit.  Cables on ships would be impossible.  I'm down with more Chillies and less cigarettes.
