Question:

Will this account of mine get suspended?

I've been on Yahoo Answers for several months.

I created 4 accounts a few months ago.

The first was somewhat amateurish, but sincere.

The second was my "angry left wing avatar."

Both got to 3rd level before suspension.

The 3rd, my "angry right wing avatar" got suspended sooner

---as the questions were even more incendiary

(e.g. "Hey Serbs, how would you like it if we burned down your g-o-d-d-a-m-n embassy.");

but it still made it near level two.

The fourth, my emergency account was retired early.

These past few weeks I've created more accounts:

a version of my angry left wing avatar,

one, then another, that were blatantly anti-Viacom,

and one that made snide---though intelligent---remarks to bad questions.

All were suspended, even though two suffered no deletions;

and one was suspended only hours after my answering of questions.

  1. I'm sorry to inform you that's very likely. Though they do tolerate multiple accounts they explicitly state they should not be used to deliberately evade the guidelines and it looks like you are doing just that.

    Edit WQ you confess here to making multiple accounts. My understanding is they don't like that. Your example question about the Serbs is also a clear violation and you seem to realize that so you're knowingly breaking the rules. I read many times on the forum if multiple accounts are used to have one good account and others for violating or trolling they can suspend all. I'm not saying you're a troll, not at all but whatever the reason you could be giving the wrong impression.

    My guess, but I'm also only one person so I could be terribly wrong, is once you go on the road of multiple, backup accounts it usually ends in suspension after suspension and I feel you're not a person who deserves that.

    On a lighther note this is a funny clip about yahoo, the guidelines and so on. Enjoy
