  1. why not?

  2. Sure, why not? There was a time we didn't know about cells , much less the details of them. It is completely logical that there is far more detail that is far to small for us to detetc at this time.

  3. Here's a pretty good video that outlines what the 'brains' in science theorize about the universe and other dimensions.  It's...pretty mind boggling, but the great thing about this video is it's very easy to understand.

It will cover the possibility of other universes.  It's a great crash course in meta-physics.

  4. By definition, the universe is everything, so, no on that one.

Billions of galaxies? Sure, why not?

  5. Nope, there is only one universe having billions of galaxies.

  6. Plain and simple, no one knows believe what you want not that others think you should think O.o

  7. Interesting question, however it's not in our time to find out yet. Just think for how long the human race has existed on this planet and how long we actually began to learn about the cosmos. When Columbus arrived to the Americas 500 years ago, mankind used to think that the earth was flat, however some ancient cultures like the Mayan and Greeks had some knowledge on the position of the planets and the universe, but they didn't have the technology that we have since the 2nd half of the XX century.

  8. a recent discovery channel program about the universe explained that scientists configured the universe as we know it together and the final result is exact to the makeup of a human body

  9. i was wondering about the same thing. yea i guess so

  10. billions of galaxies with anywhere from hundreds to trillions of stars with solar systems like ours with planets that might just be like earth, and who knows how many

almost every scientist will tell you that there is other life, we are just too far away and have no way of reaching it.

  11. it could be but we would never no.

  12. They say our universe is on a string of universes. You may be right about billions of universes as well as billions of galaxies. And billions of livable planets like ours.

  13. Scientists have a study about this. They have no idea how to prove it though.

  14. Yup, or at least or government would know.

  15. I would not know either... but scientists thinks there are black holes could instead be wormholes leading to other universes, a new study says. If so, it would help resolve a quantum conundrum known as the black hole information paradox, but critics say it would also raise new problems, such as how the wormholes would form in the first place.

A black hole is an object with such a powerful gravitational field that nothing, not even light, can escape it if it strays within a boundary known as the event horizon. Einstein's theory of general relativity says black holes should form whenever matter is squeezed into a small enough space.

Though black holes are not seen directly, astronomers have identified many objects that appear to be black holes based on observations of how matter swirls around them.

So they may be many different type of universe out there, if you really do one to know more abt "universe" i am not amazed olso if there are living things out there coming down to earth.

  16. Very interesting. Scientists have always believed that there is nothing but the Universe.

A theory on the creation of our universe (Asides the Big Bang) is that two other universes collided and spawned this one. If that is true than I guess there can be other universes. However, thinking that the universe would be inside something even bigger makes me feel even smaller.

And if, by chance, our universe was created by the collision of two others, how long before our universe crashes into another... and after that happens, what becomes of us?

Science says the universe is constantly expanding. This brings up a question that totally devastates my train of thought: What is it expanding into? What is outside the universe?

If the universe is infinite, how than can it expand into something bigger? I guess we're just too small come up with something to measure the universe. Maybe it can be measured, but only by God's standards and than is expanding into infinity. Again... I feel small and stupid.

My head hurts thinking about this... Thank you for the migrane, if I come up with a tumor I will name it after you...

  17. maybe

  18. Sure. Why not?

  19. Yes, but more than that.  We can't even count how many universes are out there, but God has counted them all, and knows them, like the amount of hairs on your head (from the Bible).  Something aetheism can't account for, nor evolution.  It takes more faith to believe evolution that it does to beleive that God gave us His Bible.

  20. One day I was day dreaming and I dreamt that I picked up a rock, I began to notice each individual grain within the rock, then I could see the molecules that made up that grain, the atoms that made up that molecule, the nucleus of that atom.

That nucleus was a universe, within it I saw Earth, my country (Australia), my city, my backyard.

In that backyard I saw a kid staring at a rock, and it was me.

Then I quickly turned around up to the sky and for a split second I swore I saw an eye.....

That is how I like to view the universe. We are all connected more than anyone could ever imagine.

  21. I'm the most curious person! And this is what I'm MOST curious about, aha.

I love space, and everything about it. So many questions about it, and one question just leads to another one. I really do believe there are more galaxies, and more things out in there. I mean come on, we can't be the only living things.

    I like this question though

  22. Yes.

Different universes would explain the weakness of gravity, big bang, how this universe was made, etc.
