  1. nope..walking is very good for u and the baby :)

    congrats!

  2. I dont think so, I hope not good luck

  3. No, I highly doubt it. They recommend you walk as it's good excercise for you while pregnant. I walk 2 times a day and i'm 36 weeks. I also get that occassional cramping when i'm walking so i'll just stop and take a break for a second. If it starts hurting too bad i'll go back home, drink some water, and lay down.

  4. no. people run marathons when they are pregnant, a little walk will not do any harm

  5. More than likely no...exercise can not cause a miscarriage. You do need to be careful, but going for a walk should not cause any problems. It is very common to be cramping in the very beginning. Remember to make your first doctors appointment and they will go over a list of risky activities with you.

  6. Not at all.  Exercise is healthy throughout pregnancy - even right up to birth.

  7. Every women is different but generally speaking, you probably felt crampy because it was a work out to go up the hill. I wouldn't worry about it unless you start spotting or bleeding. Then I would call you doctor.

  8. No, I'm sure your baby will be fine. Doctors wouldn't recommend walking while prego, if it caused you to miscarry.

  9. No and they suggest that you do exercise it makes for an easier pregnancy and labor. Good luck to you.
